I have seen no sign of pride in excellence, only very poor support. Their support is amongst the worst that I have seen. I am very disappointed with the Droplr team. Plus, the support I am asking for is not "please help me personally and actively" but I am reporting BUGS and things that are NOT WORKING.

Of course, it says right here in the description on Appsumo that we are buying the Pro plan that Droplr is now asking me to upgrade to. If you'd like to change your subscription to a Pro plan, you can be assured you would get a faster response time from us. Because you are a lifetime user, you don't get premium support and that can take more than 48 hours to get to you.
I have repeatedly contacted their support team about the various bugs and I am not aware of even ONE of them being addressed. I would give it negative stars if I could. Reduce the clutter of screen recordings and screenshots on your computer.Based on consistent bugginess with this app and based on consistent very bad support I would now change my review on this to: All screen recordings and screenshots are saved to your Droplr account. Copy it and share it anywhere, including email or Slack. You can add shapes such as lines, circles and arrows to the image editor. The vendor says CloudApp is the fastest way to record and embed video, GIFs. Pro 'I like most is Screen recording in GIF with Desktop App, and with face in chrome extension with ability to save to desktop.' Unesh G.
